The location was prime, the public spaces were spotless and the staff was adorable! A lovely beach, delightful view. Besides, excellent for visiting Carbis Bay. Had cool wines and champagne in the coffee bar.

A truly memorable place, we enjoyed its fab location. The hotel was close to the heart of St Ives.

This hotel was good price-value balance when compared to other options. Really beautiful building. Loved the very pleasant quiet area. Moreover, it was within walking distance of Carbis Bay Beach. Small garden and great pool.

The bed was not that comfortable.

Rooms with great bedrooms and very caring stuff. The beach was sandy. I loved the strategic location, within 14 minutes ride to Penzance airport. The pool was well-maintained.

I had a relaxing stay here, good value. Lovely modern hotel, super location, nicely updated rooms. An easy walk to the perfect beach. The conscious staff was the best thing, were ready to help. Breakfast was abundant, lots of fruit, cakes, cereals, meats and hardboiled eggs.

Exceptional service and superior location, great for our needs. Appalling staff & were more than helpful. They served good fruit, pastries, meats, cakes and cereals. Fantastic value for money, it was brilliant stay.

Best inn we have stayed in. This property was superb base for exploring St Ives, loved it. Bay view was worthy. Besides, we parked our car nearby.

The beds are comfortable and the staff is loyal. Greatly enjoyed that we had hairdryer and coffee in the junior suite. Moreover, there is a parking nearby. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. There's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like La Casita, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

The bedroom was large, for sure no reason to complain. Such main attractions as Carbis Bay were so close to this hotel. Savoury breakfast each day. Location, a short way from all attractions.
